One of the ways in which we engage with our community is by offering the lessons that we have learned in packages that are more accessible than fully negotiated consulting engagements. One important form, more involved than reading our publications, is our growing lineup of workshops.

Calendar

Our calendar lists our schedule of upcoming live online seminars, mainly. There are usually two to four accepting registrations, and three months or more of tentatively scheduled events, to help you with planning ahead. (more)

Referral Program

When anyone registers for one of our seminars now, they will be given the chance to tell us if someone referred them. The person who made the referral gets a 33% discount towards seminar registration of their own. This means that three referrals can get you a free registration for a seminar of equal or lesser value. (more)

Live Online Seminars

In addition to our topic based workshops, we also offer a set of workshops organized around the mode of delivery. These are shorter seminars delivered online. They're intended for busy nonprofit staff who don't have the time to travel to a workshop, but who want to learn to apply strategic communication lessons to their work. These live, online seminars are designed to teach immediate practical lessons, while still remaining grounded in clear principles. (more)

On-Demand Online Seminars

For those who are interested in attending one of our seminars online, but are finding it difficult to get your schedule to match up with our schedule for live sessions, we are now working to make more of our seminars available On-Demand. "On Demand" means that these seminars are available anytime that works best in your schedule. Also included is a 10-30 minute phone consultation with the instructor, so you can ask questions and get feedback on your particular situation. (more)

Training Packages

You can also hire us to present workshops or seminars privately for your group either online, or in person at your location. If you have a group of people to whom you would like to offer training, please consider our private training packages. We can present this and any of the seminars listed on this site, as well as custom sessions. Please contact us for more information if you're interested. (More Info)

Topic List

This is very simply a working list of all our seminar topics. This includes all of our pre-packaged online seminars, and a few broader topics to give you an idea of the area within which we tend to work. (more)

Winter 2009 Training Catalog (PDF)

In-House, Online, Pre-Packaged, and Custom (64 page PDF). In one place, you can (1) look up our seminars by your topics of interest, (2) evaluate more comprehensive training packages, and (3) consider our entire training offerings at once. As you consider the increasing need for affordable capacity building, I encourage you to download and circulate this catalog among your colleagues. (Download PDF)

Please keep in mind that you can hire us to present workshops or seminars privately for your group either online, or in person at your location. Please contact us if you're interested in more information about that.
